Shipping Information

At Pole Club, most of our products are made-to-order, which may cause shipping to take 2-3 weeks depending on the demand and customization required. After an order is placed, we start gathering materials and custom-printing your items. Once production is complete, our team at the warehouse will hand-pack and prepare your order for delivery.

If you haven't received order updates, make sure to check your spam folder. You should typically receive 2-4 updates regarding your order status. If you still haven’t received any information, feel free to contact us at hi@pole-club.com.

We strive to process all orders within 14-21 days. However, if your order is delayed beyond this period, please get in touch so we can verify its status.

Modifying Orders: If you need to make changes to your order (size, color, address, etc.), contact us within 72 hours of placing the order. Changes after this period may not be possible if the order has already been processed.

Refunds and Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it. If you need a refund or if there was an issue with your order, send an email to hi@pole-club.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
