Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
At Pole Club, all sales are final because our products are custom-made to order. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or general returns. However, we do offer store credit or a refund in the following specific cases:
1. Incorrect Size, Color, or Item
If you receive an item that is the wrong size, color, or a completely different item than ordered, please contact us within 1 day of receiving your order.
2. Flaws or Damage
In the case of items that arrive with flaws or damage, please notify us within 1 day of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer either store credit or a refund.
3. Other Complications
For any other complications with your order, please contact us within 1 day to discuss the issue, and we will do our best to provide a resolution.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the order is already being processed.
